Zero Nine BlackOps Carbon Fiber helmet line is designed to bring you the benefits of Carbon Fiber Composite construction – stronger, safer shell, lighter weight, not to mention the high-tech look of Carbon Fiber – at great values. Our focus is less on marketing and more on building quality, protective, comfortable helmets. Our factory has a comprehensive helmet impact testing facility on-site, and we conduct our own helmet testing with each production run for virtually all worldwide impact certifications. We build all of our own tooling, mold the outer shells and the EPS-foam inner shells, and cut & sew the liners in-house. All of our motorsports helmets are Snell Certified, and carry the appropriate Snell label inside the EPS shell.
