    Description

    Get your Spec Miata ready for the 2011 SCCA and NASA season with an entire wheel and tire set from 5X Racing. The set includes your choice of Miata specific Team Dynamics Pro Race 1.2 wheels, Toyo RA-1 Race tires mounted and balanced, and optional tire tread shaving. The Team Dynamics Pro Race wheels are a favorite in the Spec Miata community, and come in a color choice of black or silver (other colors are possible, but subject to availability).

  • Fits Spec Miata rules: 15 x 7 and 13 pounds
  • 30mm or 25mm backspacing offset
  • Hub-centric to the Miata, direct fit with no rings
  • strong enough for Spec Miata racing, good looking enough for the street
  • Made in England

    The Toyo RA1 has been the Spec Tire for SCCA and NASA Spec Miata racing for every year except 2009, in which they tried the R888 tire. The SCCA and NASA have switched back to the RA1 for 2010 and beyond, so start building up your tire spares for the race season! The RA1 is a great tire when shaved, it lasts a long time and has great grip characteristics. When used full tread, it is noticeably slower but will last a long time. It is recommended to use the full tread RA1 for rain use only when in a racing environment if lap times are important to you.
