5X Racing

The owners and racers at 5x Racing have been brainstorming about innovative new products for the racing community since we started racing several years ago. Many of days have been spent at our race shop staring at our Spec Miata race cars thinking about how we can make them faster, easier to drive, more reliable, more comfortable, better looking, and it had to be something that was not already available in the Spec Miata marketplace. The first product we developed was our 5xR Grip Plate, it has been in use in our race cars for over 2 years and has became something that we now cannot race without. It is also something that is overlooked as far as race parts go, as most of us have learned to deal with the uneven footwell floorpans in our racecars. With the 5xR Grip Plate you will instantly see the benefits the first time you hop in the car, literally!
