    Policy Information

    When we work

    Business Days: Monday - Friday (except for race weekends, in which Friday and sometimes Thursday, we will be closed) Check our Calendar Page to see when our Race Weekends are.

  • Time Frame Availability: We are open 24/7 on the web, so email us anytime. If you need a phonecall please email us your phone number and a good time to call.
  • We usually do not answer Inquiries or process orders placed on the weekends until the following Monday.
  • At the track: Check our schedule to see when and where we are racing. If you need parts at the track please contact us 2 weeks before the race and we can bring the parts to the track for you.
  • Contacting 5x Racing for Product Availability

    5x Racing is an online only business, we do not have an order hotline with an operator to take phone orders. We handle all of our business through email and the occasional phone call if there is an issue with the order. Since we do not have dedicated business hours, and a very unorthodox operation schedule, we recommend you first try and contact us using the form on the "Contact Us" Page. And if a phone call is necessary, please provide your phone number in your email to us with: reason for call, product in question, your phone number, a good time to call you back. 

    International Orders

    We accept international orders and love selling to our friends across the pond, not like our competitors. For international orders we use Paypal as a payment method as it will convert the currencies automatically and make things a whole lot easier for us and you. When you place an international order please choose the paypal payment option, even if you are not a paypal member. Complete the order as instructed and we will receive the order in our system as "pending" status. You will not be charged for the initial purchase through paypal because of the shipping costs that must be added to your order. We will send you an Invoice through Paypal after the order has been processed, upon completion of the Invoice we will go ahead with the order. After the order has been paid for we will ship the product to you using USPS International. If the product is not in stock we will have to have it sent to our shop first before it is shipped to you, which could take up to a week longer in some cases. You can always contact us for more information about your international order.

    Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

    5x Racing will accept returns on un-installed, non damaged, re-stockable products within 15 days after delivery, and there will be a 15% restocking fee associated with certain items. We will not honor refunds after the 15 day window. 5x Racing will honor refunds and returns on un-installed products that are damaged from shipping, defective from the manufacturer, or incorrect items. 5x Racing will not be responsible or refund items that have been damaged as a result of improper installation or any other issue caused by the buyer. Cancellations will be honored as long as the order has not been shipped, all cancellations will be honored if there is a backorder issue with the item and the issue has not been made known to the buyer before the order has been made. If the buyer decides to cancel their order after the item has been shipped, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with return shipping and will be charged a %15 restocking fee. If there is any issue not covered by this policy please contact us so we can figure out the best possible solution to the problem.

    Warranties and Liability:

    5x Racing will honor all manufacturer warranties and guarantees. 5x Racing will not be held responsible for any products that cause injury or harm to the buyer. It is the buyers sole responsibility to make sure that the products they receive are free from any defects and are safe to use for their application. If there is a manufacturer defect, 5x Racing or the manufacturer will be happy to offer a full refund and return on that item. Racing is a dangerous activity, the purchaser of any parts is assuming all liability of their on driving activities and we will take no responsibility for any harm caused to a person that purchased parts from us.
