Warranties and Liability:

WARNING: Motorsports and spirited driving on or off the track is dangerous. No warranty or representation is made as to a products suitability for use or ability to protect the user from any injury or death. The user solely assumes that risk and 5X Racing LLC or any of its associated parties shall not be liable to purchaser or to any third party for any damages arising out of the purchase, installation or use of any item. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you release 5X Racing LLC and any of its associated parties from any liability or harm that may occur to person or property (you or your car). We will not be responsible for damage to your vehicle or any of its components due to the misuse or improper installation/tuning of any product purchased from us. 

When we work

Business Days: Monday - Friday from 9am-5pm EST (except for race weekends, in which Friday and sometimes Thursday, we will be closed) Check our Calendar Page to see when our Race Weekends are.

  • Time Frame Availability: We are open 24/7 on the web, so email us anytime. If you need to call about an order you have placed, or an order you would like to place, please call us at 407-504-SPEC and Brittany will assist you with your order inquiries. If you have technical questions, please email us using the Contact form on the bottom of every page and we will assist you in the order received. Sometimes we have an extensive backlog of tech questions, so it could take us a few days to answer your inquiry about tech or parts.
  • We usually do not answer Inquiries or process orders placed on the weekends until the following Monday.
  • At the track: Check our schedule to see when and where we are racing. If you need parts at the track please contact us 2 weeks before the race and we can bring the parts to the track for you.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

5X Racing will accept returns on un-installed, non damaged, re-stockable products within 15 days after delivery, and there will be a 15% restocking fee associated with certain items. 5X Racing will not be responsible for return shipping costs on orders that are being returned. All Carbotech Brake pad returns will be accessed a 20% restock fee, and must be in re-sellable condition, which means they have not installed on any vehicle and are in the original undamaged box. We will not honor refunds after the 15-day window. 5X Racing will honor refunds and returns on un-installed products that are damaged from shipping, defective from the manufacturer, or incorrect items. 5X Racing will not be responsible or refund items that have been damaged as a result of improper installation or any other issue caused by the buyer. 5X Racing will not honor refunds on products which have been installed and used despite the 15-day return window. Cancellations will be honored as long as the order has not been shipped, all cancellations will be honored if there is a backorder issue with the item and the issue has not been made known to the buyer before the order has been made. If the buyer decides to cancel their order after the item has been shipped, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with return shipping and will be charged a 15% restocking fee. If there is any issue not covered by this policy please contact us so we can figure out the best possible solution to the problem.

Shipping

One of the ways we are able to offer such competitive prices on our products is to be creative with our overhead. We don't keep an in-stock inventory of everything we offer on our site as we're a very small family-run home office business, so a lot of the non-5X Racing brand products - or larger/heavier items - are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer or distributor. This allows us to keep a low inventory and not require a warehouse full of product and an in-house shipping department, which in turn allows us to keep our prices low by relying on a network of distributors to fulfill our common name-brand product orders. Less overhead = passing along the savings to the customers. Makes more sense to us, and surely you like lower prices!

For shipping, we offer several shipping options during checkout, however we will not always use the option you chose if it is not convenient or cost effective to us. For most in-stock orders, we use USPS Priority Mail as it is affordable and faster than UPS and FedEx Ground. For larger packages, we will use FedEx or UPS Ground. We don't offer Express shipping as an option during checkout because not everything on out site is immediately available and is therefore subject to delay. If you absolutely MUST use a specific method of shipping, please list your desired method in the "Questions" field during the checkout process. 

International Orders

We've recently opened up International shipping/addresses on our site to allow you to place an order. The shipping choices are going to look strange at checkout, but you'll want to select "Quote will be emailed" as the shipping selection. We will always ship using the most affordable method to us, update your order with the new shipping charges, at which time you can accept or deny them before we move forward. Just be aware, we don't keep an in-stock inventory of everything we offer on our site. A lot of the non-5X Racing brand products are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer or distributor here in the US so we can keep a low inventory, which in turn allows us to keep our prices low by relying on a network of distributors to fulfill our common name-brand product orders. What this means is, for international orders, we cannot drop-ship from our distributors as they do not offer international shipping. If the product you ordered is not in stock, we have to receive it to our facility first, then re-ship it to you. This can cause major delays - weeks or months in certain cases - especially if the product is not in stock with our distributors or is a special order. If this is all OK, then please proceed with an International order. If anything, you can place the order and we'll be able to quote you on availability, and from there you can decide how to move forward.
