We wanted to test the waters with some cool lightweight aluminum lug nuts that were designed to work with the extended ARP racing lug studs we use on our racecars, so we had a very basic batch made that forego the "bling" of the vast variety of aluminum lug nuts already on the market to a more "race spec" alternative that will save on cost, which we can then relay to you in the form of a more affordable option for your car. To accomplish this, we skipped the "bonus features" such as individual packaging, included sockets, knurled grip ends, fancy colors, and super sharp logos/wordage printed (our logo is on them, however can be a bit blemished from bulk packed transport). In essence, these lug nuts are made for the abuse and filth your race/track car will subject them to, and you'll use them how their intended to be used, by impacting gunning them off your wheels and dropping them on the concrete while you change wheels in the paddock. Just how we prefer them, as we certainly do not want to be worried about scratching our pretty (and expensive) lug nuts during a race weekend!
RACE PROVEN! We of course torture tested these lug nuts on our Spec Miata racecar during an SCCA race weekend at Homestead-Miami Speedway. We were not easy on them by any means, using an air-impact gun to remove them, an 18v battery impact gun to tighten them, and then torquing them to 80 ft/lbs on a half-inch torque wrench, just like we do with our regular steel 17mm lug nuts. They performed flawlessly in the paddock, and equally as flawless out on the track. The wheels were taking huge side loads on the flat banks of the Homestead roval, and we confirmed the torque after each session to ensure they weren't loosening. They were tossed around the concrete during removals, and saw high-heat loads from the heavy-braking nature of the track. They proved to us they're ready for our race cars, so we're confident they're ready for yours!

I've been running these on my '95 for over a month now and they've held up great with plenty of use. They're super easy to use with a cordless impact and have made wheel changes effortless. Super light weight and will accommodate longer studs in the future. Can't beat the price either!
