Most, if not all track prepared Miatas will have their air bags removed to save weight and to avoid being deployed if the inevitable were to happen. When you remove the Miata passenger side air bag, there's a HUGE hole in your dash leftover. Our plates will take care of the missing air bag and add almost no weight.
