Shipping Information:
Orders should be processed within one business day (24 hours M-F) except for race weekends. We buy direct from the manufacturer or wholesale warehouse and drop ship to maintain a low inventory, all so we can relay the savings in logistics costs to you the customer! Some items that are shipped direct from the manufacturer will not have tracking numbers, please contact us if you need a tracking number. Some items in our store can take up to 2 weeks to deliver or longer depending on if the manufacturer has the part in stock at the time of the order. Some of our parts are built to order, because of their specialized nature. If you order a part and it is going to be backordered, we will contact you before we charge you, just in case you change your mind.
Shipping Prices:
At 5x Racing we like things simple, we utilize Free / Flat Rate Shipping and not "no choice" shipping because we use a variety of shipping companies that offer the lowest shipping costs, which keeps it easy and affordable for you when purchasing products from us. The most popular methods we use are: UPS Ground, FedEx Ground and FedEx Express for 2 day, and USPS Priority Mail. Select items throughout our store are offered with Free Shipping incentives, these items will not have shipping costs and you will have no shipping costs added to your order at checkout (Free Shipping only applies to lower 48 US states). All of our prices are up front and added to the products price upon checkout, you can preview the Flat Rate Shipping price on the product page within the "Shipping Remarks" heading below the product description. The flat rate shipping charge added to the product is relative to its weight and size, the smaller the item the less the shipping charges. Certain items such as seats, wheels, and tires are not eligible for Free or Flat Rate shipping because of the high, unpredictable shipping costs. Shipping costs for items such as: wheels, tires, seats, and aero parts will be added to the order after the item ships to ensure accuracy and the lowest price. We have researched shipping costs and determined the best prices for each product, if there is any issues with shipping costs, a message can be submitted to us through our "Contact Us" form at the bottom of every page.
Shipping Options:
If the item you want is in stock, or in stock at the manufacturer, we can use any type of shipping you need. Free shipping will only be available for items that are ordered with basic ground shipping. Please contact us before your order to see if it is in stock and can be shipped express. Please be aware that express shipping is considerably more expensive than ground shipping. Small items that can be mailed using regular parcel mail will not have tracking numbers.
International Shipping:
We ship internationally! Shipping options for International Orders are USPS International. Typically we use USPS Priority International shipping as it is the most affordable and easiest method. USPS Priority International typically takes 6-10 days to arrive at most countries, but customs might keep the package longer depending on the countries policies. Shipping costs for International orders will be added into the Paypal Invoice that is sent after the order has been placed. Contact us for exact quotes on International shipping. We add a $10 handling fee to international shipping prices because of the extra work required for us to prepare the packages and drop them off at the post office.
