Orders should be processed within one business day (24 hours M-F) except for race weekends. We buy direct from the manufacturer or wholesale warehouse if possible and drop ship to maintain a low inventory, all so we can relay the savings in logistics costs to you the customer! Some items that are shipped direct from the manufacturer will not have tracking numbers. Some items in our store can take up to 2 weeks to deliver or longer depending on if us or the manufacturer has the part in stock at the time of the order. Some of our parts are built to order because of their specialized nature. If you order a part and it is going to be backordered, we will contact you before we charge you, just in case you change your mind.
We like to stay ahead of the competition by offering Free Shipping on select items throughout our store, these are typically items that have strict manufacturer pricing structures and not all products we carry will have this incentive. To check to see if a product has a Free Shipping Incentive, you can visit our "Promotions" page and check the brands included under the Free Shipping Deals heading. Or, when you are on one of our product pages, scroll down and read the information under the "Shipping Remarks" heading. (Free Shipping only applies to lower 48 US states). For most of the products throughout our store we utilize real time UPS Ground shipping calculators to determine the shipping costs of your order. Depending on where the product is coming from, it could be delivered by a carrier other than UPS even though UPS Ground Shipping Prices were paid. We feel that UPS Ground shipping costs are the industry standard and most widely used, and represent the best average shipping costs. Sometimes the UPS real time shipping costs feature will give you a quote that is abnormally high, if this happens or there are any issues with shipping costs, a message can be submitted to us through our "Contact Us" form at the bottom of every page and we will resolve the issue for you by modifying the order.
If the item you want is in stock, or in stock at the manufacturer, we can use any type of shipping you need. Products with Free Shipping Incentives are only eligible for the most affordable shipping method for us, which is usually UPS Ground, FedEx Ground/Home Delivery, or USPS Flat Rate/Priority Mail. Please contact us before your order to see if it is in stock and can be shipped express. Please be aware that express shipping is considerably more expensive than ground shipping.
We do not offer International shipping due to the inconsistencies and shortcoming with our United States Postal Service (USPS) International shipping. We've tried to accommodate our international friends by shipping special requests for our 5X Racing brand parts overseas, but more times than not we have issues with our packages taken two to three times longer than expected, or being held up in customs for unacceptable amounts of time before reaching their destinations. The frustration of dealing with international shipping has caused us to cease accommodating international orders. We apologize for this, as our parts are specialized and not normally offered out of the United States. We are actively seeking International dealers, if you own or know of a Miata parts and racing specialist in your country, please tell them to contact us for a dealer inquiry.

Once your order has shipped, we will add the tracking information to your order details and complete the order in our system. Everytime we update an order, an email is sent to you that shows the details of your order again. Please look carefully in your order update emails for tracking info, or other important information. Sometimes we drop ship orders direct from manufacturers or warehouses that do not provide tracking numbers. If you do not receive a tracking number in your order update email and urgently need one, please contact us and we can track down the order for you. Small items that can be mailed using regular parcel mail will not have tracking numbers as they are not given to us from the post office, just like anything you put a stamp on.
