Shipping Information:
Orders should be processed within one business day (24 hours M-F) except for race weekends. We buy direct from the manufacturer or wholesale warehouse and drop ship to maintain a low inventory, all so we can relay the savings in logistics costs to you the customer! Some items in our store can take up to 2 weeks to deliver, it all depends on if the manufacturer has the part in stock at the time of the order. Some of our parts are built to order, because of their specialized nature. If you order a part and it is going to be backordered, we will contact you before we charge you, just in case you change your mind.
Shipping Prices:
At 5x Racing we like things simple! That's why we offer an incentive on most of our items: buy something that is over $100 and we'll pay for your shipping!* Everything under $100 has a flat rate shipping charge added to it that is relative to its weight and size, the smaller the item the less the shipping charges. Unfortunately we cannot offer free shipping on certain items over $100 due to the recent unpredictable rises in fuel costs, shipping prices have increased greatly on heavy items such as wheels and tires. All items over $100 that have shipping charges added to them will be noted within the product information page. Any issues with shipping costs can be submitted to us through our "Contact Us" form at the bottom of every page.

Shipping Options:
If the item you want is in stock, or in stock at the manufacturer, we can use any type of shipping you need. Free shipping will only be available for items that are ordered with basic ground shipping. Please contact us before your order to see if it is in stock and can be shipped express. Please be aware that express shipping is considerably more expensive than ground shipping. Small items that can be mailed using regular parcel mail will not have tracking numbers.
