Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
5x Racing will accept returns within 15 days after delivery, we will not honor refunds after the 15 day window. 5x Racing will honor refunds and returns on all products that are damaged from shipping, defective from the manufacturer, or incorrect items. 5x Racing will not be responsible or refund items that have been damaged as a result of improper installation or any other issue caused by the buyer. Cancellations will be honored as long as the order has not been shipped, all cancellations will be honored if there is a backorder issue with the item and the issue has not been made known to the buyer before the order has been made. If the buyer decides to cancel their order after the item has been shipped, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with return shipping and will be charged a %15 restocking fee. If there is any issue not covered by this policy please contact us so we can figure out the best possible solution to the problem.
Warranties and Liability:
5x Racing will honor all manufacturer warranties and guarantees. 5x Racing will not be held responsible for any products that cause injury or harm to the buyer. It is the buyers sole responsibility to make sure that the products they receive are free from any defects and are safe to use for their application. If there is a manufacturer defect, 5x Racing or the manufacturer will be happy to offer a full refund and return on that item.
