Unfortunately we don't offer a phone line at this time. We're purely family run and simply don't have the resources in both time and employees to support consistent phone support. We don't want to offer something we know we cannot do well and have 95% of the calls go unanswered, so we elect not to offer phone service and rely strictly on email. I will invite you to challenge us with any question you might have through this inquiry system or by email (firstname.lastname@example.org). I'm 99.9% sure we can answer any inquiry via email - and if we cannot - we will put a personal call in to you to get it answered. We're not opposed to talking to our customers verbally, we just have to organize it so we make sure we have the appropriate time to devote to the call and customer.
