These hood pins are what we use on the 5X Racing Spec Miata's, mostly because they do not allow you to lose the safety pins! Because the safety pin is integrated on a sliding mechanism, your physically cannot misplace the pin, which helps in not having your hood fly up when you're on track.
Kit Includes:
Pair of steel pin hooks with guide pin and trip shutter, all mounting hardware included.

If the Sparco name brand is on it, you know it will be a good product! The slide feature for the latches is one of the best things about this part. You will never have to worry about running the risk of losing a pin, because they are built into the plate that mounts on the hood. Great part!
